Χαμομήλι

Chamomile is one of the most popular herbs. Germans have dedicated chamomile to Balntour god. In Greece, chamomile is usually collected at St. John's the Baptist's feast day. 

You sould drink it as a tea if you are suffering from belly ache or as a sedative. After you boil the water, add a small amount of chamomile and leave it for 5-8 minutes. Later strain it and drink it.

For skin diseases it is best to use compresses with extracts of chamomile.

The gargle solutions also help for stomatitis and gum tightening. 

At a research that was made to 82 patients for wound healing and the hydration of that area, it showed that chamomile contributes at the healing of skin deseases.
