A type of short pasta, the well known to all of us shell. It travels us to Greek summers and islands and it traps the melted cheese in it along with its deliciousness. It is ideally cooked in souffles with cheeses and cream or minced meat, as well as being served in beautiful and refreshing cold pasta salads.
