Rosebuds are beneficial for every part of the body and also contains vitamins A, C, B3, E and F. Its smell improves the mood. The nutrients that the buds contain strengthen the vital organs like heart and nerves. The rosebud tea cleans the blood and has soothing action. Pour 300ml of boiled water on 2 tbs of the rosebuds and leave the mixture to rest for 5'-10' in a covered pot. Then drain it. You could add honey if you want it to be more sweet.
